Jon is a long time resident of Ashland. Jon has been married almost twenty five years to his wife Wendy. Jon is the proud parent of two teenage boys.

Jon has been very active in local politics. He has served as the Chairman of the Ashland Board of Selectman and was recently re-elected to the Ashland Board of Health. Jon was also Chairman of the MetroWest Growth Committee and the MetroWest Regional Collaborative. Jon has served on various boards and committees, including the MetroWest Regional Transportation Board, Ashland Affordable Housing Trust, Ashland Redevelopment Authority, Ashland Emergency Fund, Charlotte/Mecklenburg school policy committee and the Ashland Parents Advisory Council. Jon is currently the President of the Charles River Rotary club. Jon is also a veteran of the U.S. Army. Jon is also very active with the Aspergers Association of New England and Autism Speaks and Decisions at Every Turn.

Jon has years of experience in the banking and the finance industry. He is currently employed by GM Financial in the Cadillac Financial division.

Jon has been active in many political campaigns, including Bob Dole, George Bush and Mitt Romney for U.S. President. Ken Blackwell for U.S. House of Representatives, Scott Brown and Mike Sullivan for U.S. Senate and Charlie Baker for Governor. Jon has been very active in assisting many local and state office office candidates in races for State Senate, State Rep., Selectman and School Committee. Jon is currently the Vice Chairman of the Ashland Republican Town Committee. Jon was appointed by Governor Baker to the Ashland Affordable Housing Authority in October 2015.
